Best Personnel Inc. is currently accepting applications for experienced Warehouse Workers to join our workforce for upcoming client assignments throughout the Lower Mainland.
As an employment agency, we provide workers to a variety of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and industrial sites. Assignments may vary by duration, schedule, location, client requirements, and worker availability.
What this role involves
- Loading and unloading products efficiently and safely
- Moving inventory manually or using warehouse equipment as required
- Picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment
- Receiving incoming goods and verifying quantities against shipping documents
- Maintaining organized inventory and storage areas
- Performing repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Keeping work areas clean and hazard-free
- Following workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy products throughout the shift
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is considered an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required
Required Gear
- CSA-approved steel-toed work boots
- Safety vest
- Appropriate work clothing

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
