Position Overview
The Enterprise Planning Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated planning system that provides full visibility and coordination across Engineering, Subcontract Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Operations, Logistics, and Sales.
This role functions as D-Pace’s Control Tower, providing a single source of truth for schedules, supplier loads, QA readiness, internal build capacity, and customer commitments, while also ensuring that key programs are professionally executed using disciplined project management practices, and in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
The position is essential to improving cross-functional operational collaboration and planning system integration, improving delivery performance, strengthening supplier oversight, enabling accountability, and supporting data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or Business.
- Experience: 5+ years managing complex technical projects. Experience in production planning, scheduling, operations coordination, supply chain management, project management or a similar role.
- Currently legally entitled to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating engineering, suppliers, QA, and production
- Experience working with subcontract manufacturers or technical suppliers.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, BoMs, testing, and acceptance.
- Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systems preferred.
- Experience with mechanical/electromechanical assemblies is beneficial.
