Shine ‘n Light is looking for a reliable, hard-working window cleaning technician to join our growing team as an independent contractor. No experience needed—we’ll train the right person. Perfect if you enjoy working outdoors and want flexible work days.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean residential and commercial windows using professional tools
- Clean Gutters / soft wash & Pressure wash homes
- Travel to job sites around Winnipeg
- Deliver high-quality results and friendly customer service
- Follow Shine ‘n Light’s cleaning standards and safety procedures
Pay & Schedule:
- 20% commission per completed job (avg job: $199+)
- Flexible daytime schedule (you can start with part-time availability)

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (car or truck), preferably truck and able to carry a ladder.
- Comfortable working on ladders and walking on roofs when needed
- Able to work independently
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and good with people
- Physically fit for lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
