About the Role
A polished, relationship‑driven Lifestyle Consultant guides seniors and families through one of life’s most meaningful decisions. You’ll lead the full sales journey — from first inquiry to move‑in — while delivering a warm, luxury‑hospitality experience. This role directly shapes the first impression families have of our community and helps seniors begin a more supported, fulfilling chapter of life.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inquiries into tours and successful move‑ins,
- Conduct personalized community tours with a refined hospitality approach,
- Build strong relationships with seniors, families, and referral partners,
- Represent Marwest at events and community engagements,
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking,
- Collaborate with your support network to address challenges and gain insight,
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets,
- Support smooth, welcoming move‑in experiences.
What You Bring
- 2+ years consultative sales experience (hospitality, senior living, real estate an asset),
- Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills,
- Empathy supporting seniors and families,
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities,
- CRM proficiency; HubSpot experience is an asset,
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle,
- Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends.
