Responsibilities:
- Operating the dishwasher and ensuring proper chemical levels while cleaning all cutlery, dishes and glassware
-sweeping, mopping, cleaning required areas
- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Help with food handling and storage
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and food service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, mainly weekends, and holidays
