Summary
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support our expanding portfolio of construction projects outside St. Elizabeth Village. This role will involve traveling between multiple active and upcoming project sites to coordinate daily operations, collaborate with trades, maintain quality and safety standards, address deficiencies, and help ensure projects remain on schedule and successfully delivered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting and managing our off-site projects, ensuring work is completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and in accordance with our required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction trades-people
- Coordinating work activities with subcontractors
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers
- Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
- Recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
Qualifications
- Residential renovation and construction experience required
- Solid Leadership skills, additional trade or supervisory courses preferred
- Competent, Capable of issuing clearly understandable written and oral instructions
- Excellent on-the-job performance
- Must be comfortable overseeing multiple active project sites
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Strong communication, organization, quality-control, and trade-management skills
- Experience using project schedules, drawings, scopes of work, and daily reporting systems

- Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (Valid within the last 6 months)
- Valid driver's license and Clean driver's abstract
Job Type
Full-time, 1-year fixed contract
Possibility of renewal based on workload and performance.
Salary
$80,000 Annually

Working Conditions
- Hours of Work: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility based on business needs
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours each day.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs independently.
