JOB SUMMARY
Pay: CA$25.00 per hour
Dr. Deluce is an Ob/Gyn practitioner in Stratford Ontario, with over 5 years of practise in beautiful Stratford, Ontario.

Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
- Greet patients and assist them with intake paperwork and screening.
- Appointment scheduling, confirmation and communication with referring physicians.
- Answering phone line, communicating patient messages and managing faxes.
- Data entry into EMR including clinical and financial information.
- Coordinate patient flow including leading patients to examination rooms, weight and blood pressure measurement and cleaning rooms between patients.
- Arranging patient referrals and investigations as directed.
- Establish office procedures including documentation of such.
- Occasional third-party attendance if requested during patient medical exams.
- Maintain inventory and place orders, ensure examination rooms are well stocked.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or a medical office assistant diploma.
- At least one year of related work experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical terminology (asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accuro EMR (asset).
- Ability to obtain a clear police check.
- Adhere to professional standards, policies and procedures.
