Join a fast-paced e-commerce team as an E-Commerce Coordinator, where you’ll support the delivery of engaging online experiences that drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role blends analytics, merchandising, and digital optimization, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement of online performance.
A typical day:
- Maintain and update website content, product data, and system enhancements
- Support site merchandising, landing page creation, and promotional execution
- Analyze product performance and web analytics to improve KPIs
- Test website functionality, promotions, and user experience across devices
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, and customer care teams on campaigns and reporting
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or consumer goods environment
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Apply attention to detail in managing large product datasets in bilingual formats
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Adapt quickly, multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
