Exterior Cleaning Technician (Part-Time / Casual)
We are a professional exterior cleaning and property maintenance company specializing in pressure washing, exterior washing, surface restoration, and seasonal exterior services.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our crew. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and physically active. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent seasonal employment with growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pressure washing (driveways, sidewalks, patios, retaining walls)
- Exterior house washing (soft wash systems)
- Gutter cleaning
- Seasonal Christmas light installation and removal
- Assisting with surface restoration (paver sanding / sealing when applicable)
- General exterior maintenance and cleanup
- Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and professional
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to show up consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights, including setup and use of extension ladders (up to 32+ ft)
- Ability to work on roofs when required and use proper fall protection / safety equipment
- Physically fit and able to handle labour work
- Strong attention to detail (we work on customer homes)
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or general labour
- Experience using ladders, power tools, or small equipment
- Ability to drive work vehicles or tow trailers
- Previous exterior cleaning or maintenance experience
Schedule & Work Conditions:
- Part-time / casual to start
- Hours vary depending on weather and job schedule
- Some early starts required
- Work is seasonal with higher hours in spring/summer/fall
- Winter hours may include Christmas light installations
Compensation:
- $21 – $30 per hour (based on experience and reliability)
- Paid trial shift required before hire confirmation
- Opportunity for wage increases based on performance
- Potential to grow into a lead technician role

- Lead technician (running jobs independently)
- Crew lead (managing a helper)
