Summary
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Wait staff to join our restaurant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent guest service, and helping create unforgettable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
