We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook who is also good at engaging Customers to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable with delicious food. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in food preparation and handling, as well as a passion for serving others.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or orders.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and handling within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
