Job Summary

Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging curiosity and independence.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in team meetings.
- Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification or coursework in early childhood education
