Aurora North Dental is a growing, technology-forward dental practice looking for a talented and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who communicates confidently, stays organized in a busy environment, and wants the opportunity to grow with a progressive dental office.
Prior dental experience is highly valued, but we also welcome strong candidates without prior dental experience who are eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Manage appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and patient communication
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions professionally
- Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions
- Process insurance claims, estimates, and payments
- Support recall and continuing-care systems
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
- The ability to stay calm and organized in a busy dental environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Someone who takes initiative and is interested in professional growth
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a highly valued asset
Schedule
We are currently looking for someone available on:
- Mondays
- Wednesdays
- Fridays
- Saturdays
