We are currently seeking an experienced epoxy installer to join our team. As an epoxy installer, you will work in a 2- 3 person team to ensure the successful completion of various epoxy/polyurea flooring projects.
This job has an incentivizing pay structure for those who work hard, have attention to detail, and ensure good quality work. We are looking for someone with experience, preferably a sub contractor with equipment and or a crew. If not, the employee we hire needs to have experience.
Responsibilities:
- Cohesively work in a 2-person team of installers to complete epoxy flooring projects within the given timeline and budget.
- Prepare surfaces for epoxy/ polaspartic installation, including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and concrete leveling.
- Mix, apply, and spread epoxy resins onto surfaces, ensuring proper thickness and coverage and rolling techniques used.
- Install and repair joints, edges, and other details on epoxy flooring.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Work with project managers to determine project scope and timeline.
Requirements:
- Transportation to and from work
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation
- Strong knowledge of epoxy resins and their properties.
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and expectations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor.
