Century 21 Synergy Realty is one of Ottawa's leading brokerages, with three branches, more than 75 agents, and a culture we actively protect: team first, no drama, and professional every single day. We are looking for an active REALTOR® who wants to grow beyond their own production and help build a thriving branch.
This is a part time leadership role designed to fit around your real estate business, not replace it. You keep listing and selling, and you earn a retainer, a production override, and bonuses on top for leading your branch well. You will report directly to Ian Soucy, Broker of Record and Co-Founder.
What you'll do
- Run monthly one on one check ins with each agent at your branch (in person, phone, or Zoom)
- Help agents set meaningful annual production goals and build action plans to hit them
- Monitor results and step in early to support agents who are falling behind
- Facilitate a monthly branch meeting and present at the quarterly brokerage wide meeting
- Be the first point of support when agents hit a challenge, offering guidance, resources, and encouragement
- Build a recruitment pipeline and bring quality REALTORS® into the branch
- Model and protect the Century 21 Synergy culture
What we're looking for
- Active Ontario REALTOR® license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of active real estate sales experience
- A demonstrated track record of personal production
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills, so you motivate and hold people accountable with empathy
- Ability to run your own pipeline alongside leadership responsibilities
- Comfort with standard real estate technology and CRM tools
- Willingness to complete the Ontario broker course within 12 months (required)
Nice to have
- Completion of, or current enrolment in, the Ontario broker course
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience
- Bilingual (English and French), a strong asset in our market
- An established presence in the Ottawa real estate community
How it works
There are no minimum hour requirements. What matters is results: agents supported, engaged, and producing. Compensation begins on Day 1, with a 90 day probationary period to make sure it is a great fit on both sides.
