Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages. As a Bartender and Server you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to customers.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
