HelloFresh is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist, Direct Mail to help drive the growth and performance of our Direct Mail channel across our Canadian brands: HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks in numbers, and enjoys turning data into clear actions that drive growth.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Direct Mail acquisition campaigns that deliver against volume, CAC, ROI, and efficiency goals. You will help manage campaign operations from end to end, including audience planning, creative coordination, vendor management, budgeting, forecasting, execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve channel performance, scale what works, and identify new opportunities for growth. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Support the planning, execution, optimization, and A/B testing of Direct Mail acquisition campaigns, with a clear understanding of how your work ties to CAC, ROI, conversion, volume, and overall channel efficiency.
- Support the end-to-end campaign process across strategy, audience selection, print production, vendor coordination, deployment, budget tracking, and performance analysis, working closely with Analytics, Finance, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and broader Growth teams to improve campaign effectiveness and execution.
- Own creative development workflows, including briefing, design review and approval, copy review, landing page coordination, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Contribute to the Direct Mail testing roadmap across audiences, creative, formats, offers, timing, and other key levers that improve campaign performance and support business goals.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that inform future investment decisions, testing priorities, and channel strategy.
- Manage external vendor relationships, including printers, agencies, and data partners, to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and cost-effectively.
- Bring an AI-first approach to your day-to-day work, actively using tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline campaign operations, improve reporting, and free up time for higher-impact thinking.
- Own key operational tasks including voucher creation, invoicing, cost tracking, campaign QA, and monthly targeting file preparation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and scale the Direct Mail channel more efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, consumer behaviour, and offline marketing best practices, and bring forward fresh ideas to drive growth.
- Support ad hoc Growth Marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required, with BBA or BComm preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, offline marketing, direct mail, print media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or another acquisition-focused role.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience managing large data sets, campaign trackers, budgets, and reporting files.
- An ownership mindset. You take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with acquisition and performance marketing metrics, including CAC, ROI, payback, conversion, budget tracking, and campaign efficiency.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when managing targeting files, creative QA, budgets, vendor timelines, and campaign execution.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of Marketing.
- A collaborative approach that brings energy, curiosity, and focus to the team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for HelloFresh’s mission and a hunger to grow.
- Bilingual (French) is a plus.
