The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, stains, varnishes, or other finishes using hand tools and spray equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Use basic math skills to measure and mix paints or coatings accurately
- Support lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving welding, mechanical assembly, or other related tasks
Requirements
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Own transportation
- Minimum 1 year painting experience
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Good attitude
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
