THE ROLE
We are hiring a temporary Scissor Lift Operator to support a warehouse racking installation project. This is a short-term assignment working overnight shifts in an industrial warehouse environment.
You will assist with installing steel racking systems, working at heights, and supporting a fast-paced install crew using power tools and lift equipment.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Installing warehouse racking using layouts and drawings
- Operating a scissor lift (MEWP) to install upper beam levels
- Working at heights to secure racking structures
- Lifting, positioning, and securing steel racking components
- Using power tools such as hammer drills and impact wrenches
- Measuring and aligning materials accurately
- Team lifting long or heavy materials (up to 12 ft beams)
- Overnight shift: Midnight start, 10–12 hour shifts
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Scissor Lift (MEWP) certification
- Valid Fall Protection certification (required)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working at heights for extended periods
- Experience using power tools (hammer drills, impact wrenches)
- Able to work 10–12 hour overnight shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation (limited access during overnight hours)
