We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward / Kitchen Steward to join our hospitality team in Toronto. This role plays an important part in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly to support exceptional guest experiences.

- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and food preparation spaces
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring supplies and equipment are readily available
- Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
- Sweep, mop, sanitize, and organize kitchen workstations regularly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries while maintaining proper storage standards
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and cleaning tools are maintained properly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods as required
- Previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen helper, or dishwashing role is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
