About the Role
Pinochio Crepes & Waffles is looking for a friendly, fast, and reliable Cashier / Food Prep Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll interact with customers, prepare food items, and help keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Cash Handling
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience
Food Preparation
- Prepare crepes, waffles, beverages, and desserts according to brand standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and restocking
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter, prep area, and dining space
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food service or cashier role is an asset (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings and weekends
