Job Description:
Torcon Security is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying prospective clients, contacting bidding sites, and submitting competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled at building relationships with potential clients in order to secure new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and bidding sites.
- Monitor bidding platforms to find relevant opportunities for security services contracts.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids and proposals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Track sales activities, provide regular reports, and forecast potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in security services or B2B solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate bidding platforms.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
