Location: St. Bernadette Early Learning and Care Centre (270 Governors Road, Dundas)
Split Shift– 26.25 hrs a week
Benefit: 52.50 per pay Travel Benefit

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (Mandatory)
- Standard First aid/CPR level C certification
- Vulnerable sector check and police check (done in the last 6 months)Record of up to date Immunization (TB Test, Tetanus, Polio, MMR)
- Experience working with children from 4-12 years of age in a child care setting
Role of School Age Specialist/Float
- Create warm, welcoming environments before and after school for the children
- Engage in rich learning experiences and co-learning with children
- Engage in outdoor activities to help children explore the natural world
- Help children to navigate their world through play and plan experiences based on their interests
- Build professional relationships with children, families and other educators
- Document the children’s learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care
