Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain health standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring timely turnaround of linens and uniforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in industrial cleaning environments.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
