Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits to drive sales
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly attitude
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer needs are met promptly during busy periods
- Maintain organized stock areas and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Demonstrate proficiency in bilingual communication when assisting diverse clientele
Qualifications
- 2years of experience in jewelry retail sales, and customer service is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and merchandising is a plus
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
