We are seeking a talented, sales-focused Fragrance Consultant, for a luxury niche fragrance brand, who is motivated, polished, and professional. Must be able to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This individual will serve as a full-time Brand Ambassador within the duty-free stores at YVR airport.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of luxury beauty/fragrance sales experience and will share in our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for YVR travelers.
What you will be doing:
- Familiarize yourself with our client's portfolio
- Sample premium products to consumers
- Educate shoppers by providing key product knowledge
- Build relationships with store managers and team members
- Achieve sales targets
- Execute proper opening and closing protocols
- Record inventory and sales counts on products
- Follow and maintain merchandising guidelines
- Capture demo/sales/customer interaction results by reporting required information into our tracking system
A little about you:
- Minimum 2 years of luxury beauty/fragrance retail experience
- Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese + English
- A background in beauty with a passion for niche fragrance is needed
- Strong experience in retail sales
- Must be committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to engage a crowd and have a naturally outgoing personality
- Understanding of merchandising, marketing and sales fundamentals
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Full-time - 5 days per week. Will include weekend shifts, morning shifts and late nights, as needed. Flexible availability preferred.
Pay: $24.50 per hour + generous commission and bonuses
