Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking general laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on job sites and helping ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, the capability to follow instructions and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must have valid drivers license!
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Support the team in completing projects on time and to specifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
