Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Remote with Required Travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Three-Month Performance-Based Trial Contract
Reports To: Founder & Group CEO
Salary: CAD $2,500 – CAD $3,500 per month (Depending on qualifications, experience and demonstrated ability)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, spiritually mature and visionary Executive Producer to oversee all media productions for Sisterhood Talkshow and Bethel Publishing House.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination and production of talk shows, author interviews, book launches, promotional campaigns, documentaries, digital media content and other faith-based productions while preserving the vision and values of the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination and production of Sisterhood Talkshow, Bethel Author Interviews, Book Launches and all Bethel media productions.
- Successfully prepare and oversee 40 Days in the Wilderness Event and Sisterhood Talkshow Season One (13 Episodes).
- Develop production schedules, budgets, workflows and timelines.
- Coordinate production teams, suppliers and service providers.
- Research, evaluate and recommend guests whose testimony, expertise and values align with the vision of Sisterhood Talkshow, subject to final approval by the Founder & Group CEO.
- Coordinate guest invitations, travel, accommodation and production logistics where required.
- Work with TBN Africa Studios and other approved production partners to prepare for filming and broadcast.
- Identify potential sponsors, media partners and strategic production collaborations.
- Work closely with the Bethel Publishing House creative team to coordinate event branding, promotional campaigns, flyers, trailers, digital artwork, social media campaigns and marketing materials.
- Oversee media coverage for Bethel Publishing House, including book launches, author interviews, promotional videos, podcasts and other multimedia projects.
- Ensure every production reflects the organisation's Christian values, vision and standards of excellence.
- Travel locally and internationally as required for production meetings, filming, conferences, broadcasts and special events.
THREE-MONTH PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
During the trial period, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Successfully prepare and coordinate 40 Days in the Wilderness for production.
- Successfully prepare Sisterhood Talkshow Season One (13 Episodes) for production.
- Develop complete production schedules, workflows and filming plans.
- Coordinate preparations with TBN Africa Studios and other approved production partners.
- Recommend suitable guests and presenters for approval by the Founder & Group CEO.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and production materials with the Bethel creative team.
- Help identify sponsors, production partners and strategic media opportunities.
- Establish professional production systems that support the future growth of Sisterhood Talkshow and Bethel Publishing House media productions.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Television Production, Film, Media, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience producing television programmes, talk shows, documentaries, podcasts or similar productions.
- A professional production portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
- Understanding of Christian ministry and faith-based programming.
A qualification in Theology or Biblical Studies, or demonstrated experience serving within charismatic or Pentecostal ministry environments, will be an added advantage.
Pay: $2,500.00-$3,500.00 per month
