Position Summary:
The Ontario Regional Manager is responsible for leading the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of multiple retail locations throughout Ontario while directly managing the flagship store. This role is accountable for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, overseeing inventory and merchandising standards, and supporting the development and performance of Store Managers and retail teams across multiple locations.
The Regional Manager plays a key leadership role in developing Store Managers, driving sales growth and aligning store operations with overall business objectives.
Job duties:
Store leadership – Flagship location
- Plan, organize, direct and oversee the daily operations of the flagship store;
- Lead, coach and develop store team members to achieve performance goals;
- Establish and monitor sales targets and keys performance indicators;
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational results;
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and consistent brand presentation;
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, loss prevention initiatives, and visual merchandising standards;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards;
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Merchandising, Operations) to support store needs.
Regional oversight
- Supervise and support Store Managers across multiple Ontario retail locations (3 to 4 locations);
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, customer experience, and compliance with company standards;
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and procedures across all stores;
- Monitor regional sales trends, payroll costs, inventory performance, and other key business metrics;
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout the region;
- Serve as Super User for Easyteam, supporting adoption and proper usage across locations.
People development
- Coach Store Managers on leadership, performance management and team development;
- Support hiring, onboarding and training initiatives across the locations;
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and high performance.
Business growth
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer experience;
- Support regional initiatives and company-wide retail strategies;
- Participate to forecasting, budgeting and performance planning.

Skills requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- A college diploma or university degree in business administration, retail management or a related field is an asset
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, including supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Proficiency in English.
