As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while their vehicles are cleaned and maintained. You will be responsible for both the cleaning of vehicles and assisting customers with their needs, ensuring that every car leaves our facility looking its best.
Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide assistance with their car wash selections.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles thoroughly.
- Perform exterior cleaning tasks including washing, waxing, and drying cars.
- Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment.
- Assist in managing customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions promptly.
Skills
- Proficient driving skills with a valid driving licence to operate various types of vehicles safely.
- Previous janitorial experience is advantageous for maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results for every vehicle serviced.
