Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or acute care environments; experience in pediatrics, home care, nursing homes, assisted living or senior/dementia care is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and laboratory procedures like phlebotomy.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on pain management and case management strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with children and elderly populations requiring specialized nursing approaches.
- Prior experience in medical office settings or working within assisted living facilities is a plus.
