Handyman / Property Maintenance

Westcott Vineyards is looking for a reliable, hands-on Handyman to help keep our winery and Butlers' Grant Vineyard looking their best.
This is a flexible, part-time position, ideal for an experienced, hands-on individual who enjoys a variety of projects and takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces. We're looking for someone available approximately one day per week, with additional hours available during busy seasons or for larger projects.
What you'll be doing:
- General building and property repairs
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Painting and touch-ups
- Minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Patio, furniture, and fixture repairs
- Seasonal maintenance and setup
- Landscaping support and outdoor maintenance as needed
- Proactively identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
- Assisting with special projects around both winery properties
- Helping ensure our winery and vineyard always look their best for guests
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience with general property maintenance or handyman work
- Is comfortable working independently and managing a variety of tasks
- Takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail
- Is proactive, resourceful, and notices when something needs attention without being asked
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
- Is dependable, organized, and takes ownership of their work
- Enjoys working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Has reliable transportation to travel between our winery and Butlers' Grant Vineyard
