What You’ll Do
- Own Your Territory: Knock doors, introduce the brand, and deliver a high-energy pitch for our shingle-saving solutions.
- Quote on the Spot: Use our proprietary tool to generate a precise, accurate quote for the homeowner in less than 60 seconds, clearing the path to close deals instantly.
- Leverage the Tech: Utilize our advanced CRM tool to seamlessly track your leads. Let our automated contact system handle the follow-up process for you, amplifying your closing rate while you stay focused on knocking.
- Educate & Save: Explain how our USDA-certified, plant-based treatment restores shingles, saves wallets, and keeps roofing waste out of Calgary landfills.

What We’re Looking For
- The Right Attitude: Previous sales or D2D experience is a massive plus, but if you have thick skin, a great sense of humor, and a relentless drive to succeed, we will train you.
- Tech-Savvy Enough: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to run our quoting tool and log data into the CRM.
- Resilience: A true people-person who views a "no" as just a pitstop on the way to a "yes."
- Self-Motivated Grinders: You don’t need a boss micro-managing you; you are driven by setting and crushing your own financial goals.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to move between target neighborhoods across Calgary is highly preferred.
