Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our well established evening crew.
Hours of operation are 11am-9pm. So no crazy late nights closing down the kitchen.
applicants should live in the area and available to start training within the next 1-2 weeks as we prepare for busy season.
full time preferred but we are also looking for 1 more part time employee.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such prepping and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety
Skills
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of the food industry and kitchen operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
