We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations and support our clinical team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and a high standard of patient care
- Lead, support, and motivate the administrative team
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment optimization
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
- Maintain strong communication between clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Assist with onboarding, and training new team members
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in dental administration
- Deep understanding of Tracker dental software is a must
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to effectively guide, mentor, and support a team
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency proficiency with dental practice management software (Tracker experience is considered an asset)
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to implement, and optimize systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Fluency in Farsi considered an asset
- Composed, solutions-focused approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Able to work Saturdays as needed
