We are seeking reliable and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading clients’ belongings while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items safely and efficiently
- Wrap and protect furniture using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other materials
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required
- Safely transport items to and from client locations
- Protect client homes (floors, walls, doorways) during moves
- Follow team leader instructions and maintain workflow efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on-site
- Complete moves within scheduled timelines
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license (asset but not required)
- Previous moving or labor experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in moving, warehousing, or general labor
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and furniture protection
- Experience driving a moving truck (for driver positions)
