We are looking for a seasoned Medical Aesthetician who shares that standard and wants to grow with us.
The Role
As a Medical Aesthetician at FORM, you will own the skin health side of our patient journey, from consultation through treatment and ongoing care. You will perform medical-grade facials and skincare treatments, deliver laser and device-based services, support our injectable providers, and guide patients toward the right treatment plans and home-care products. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who is confident with both the treatments and the patient relationship.
What You'll Do
- Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized skincare treatments.
- Deliver laser and device-based services including IPL, RF, microneedling, and related modalities, following all clinical protocols.
- Support injectable providers with patient prep, treatment readiness, and pre- and post-care guidance.
- Lead skin consultations, build tailored treatment plans, and recommend the right professional skincare products.
- Drive retail and treatment-package sales through honest, education-first recommendations.
- Maintain detailed, compliant patient charting and uphold all safety, sanitation, and documentation standards.
- Build lasting patient relationships that support retention, rebooking, and referrals.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a medical aesthetician in a med spa, dermatology, or surgical practice.
- Active aesthetician or esthetician license in good standing as required.
- Hands-on experience with laser and energy-based devices, with relevant certifications a strong plus.
- Proven ability to consult, build treatment plans, and recommend retail with a track record of results.
- A polished, professional presence and genuine warmth with patients.
- Strong attention to detail in charting, protocols, and compliance.
- A team-first mindset and the drive to grow alongside an expanding practice.
