Prima Academy is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Piano Instructors to join our growing teaching team.
We are looking for teachers who are enthusiastic about music education and committed to helping students develop strong musical foundations while fostering a lifelong love of music.
Responsibilities:
- Provide private piano lessons to students of various ages and levels
- Prepare students for examinations, recitals, festivals, and competitions
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student goals
- Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment
- Participate in academy events, performances, and student evaluations when required
Qualifications:
- Formal training in Piano Performance, Music Education, or a related field
- Strong piano performance and teaching abilities
- Previous teaching experience is preferred
- Familiarity with RCM examinations is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to teach in English; Mandarin Chinese is an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Music
- Experience preparing students for competitions and examinations
- Experience teaching both children and adults
