What You’ll Do:
- Lead our skilled crew on everything from foundations to intricate flatwork.
- Oversee concrete forming, pouring, and finishing with cutting-edge tools.
- Collaborate on blueprints and bring projects in on time, every time.
- Mentor the next generation of tradespeople with your expertise.
- Keep safety first while delivering Winnipeg-quality results.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in concrete work, including 2+ years running a crew.
- Mastery of slabs, structural concrete, and finishing techniques.
- A leadership style that gets the job done and lifts the team up.
- Valid driver’s license and grit to handle Manitoba winters.
- Bonus: Red Seal, safety certs, or a knack for innovation.
