Summary
We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with the property owner, adjuster and insurer to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest standards. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing large losses and who have a great reputation in the industry. Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to handle multiple large loss files concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Scope and estimate the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster condition as well as manage trades to complete the work.
- Prepare accurate quotations through job costing and estimation, ensuring target margins are met.
- Ensure project requirements are being fulfilled, and deadlines and milestones are achieved.
- Resolve disputes and complaints, where possible.
- Generate new leads through forming relationships with adjusters and property managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Restoration Project Manager
- In-depth knowledge of industry specific software (e.g., Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong budgeting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
