Inclusive Energy Ltd. is a Calgary based oilfield equipment supplier and capital partner serving upstream operators across Canada and the United States. We hold one of the largest production equipment inventories in Western Canada, including storage tanks, separators, line heaters, rig matting, and custom fabricated surface equipment, available for sale, lease, or rent to own from our Alberta facilities.

About the Role
This is an ongoing contract position based out of Calgary, responsible for running our yards and inventory while driving equipment sales and rental revenue. You will own the full sales cycle, keep our inventory accurate and well maintained across multiple sites, and travel regularly through Alberta and Saskatchewan to inspect equipment and meet customers. You will work closely with operations to make sure every job exceeds customer expectations.
What You Will Do
- Operate and manage the yards, inventory, and equipment efficiently, and hire labour as needed to keep the work moving
- Source new clients, build relationships with customers and third parties, and represent Inclusive Energy and its products to new and existing accounts
- Write and generate quotes, negotiate contracts, and resolve customer problems
- Provide sales and marketing support across the business
- Maintain, upkeep, and grow existing inventory and storage yards
- Conduct regular inventory counts at sites outside of Calgary and keep inventory records current
- Make routing visits to sites across Alberta and Saskatchewan to visually inspect equipment
- Keep strong communication and a close working relationship with operations on every job
- Travel as required to meet customers, promote sales, and manage inventory
- Take on additional duties based on business, customer, and project needs
What We Are Looking For
- Proven operations management experience in equipment, logistics, or industrial services, including scheduling, resource planning, and process improvement
- Strong B2B sales and account management track record, with experience running full sales cycles, building lasting client relationships, and hitting revenue targets
- Background in energy, oilfield services, or a related industrial field, with a working understanding of upstream operations and equipment
- Comfort with CRM and inventory or ERP systems, plus solid Excel skills for forecasting and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to hold your own with technical, operational, and financial people
- Leadership ability, including coordinating and coaching a team and keeping the work environment safe and productive
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast moving setting
- Education in business, operations, engineering, or a related field is an asset, though equivalent experience counts
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and company yards
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
