Landscape Construction Crew Member
We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Labourer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building quality landscapes, and aren't afraid of physical work, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and interlock stone
- Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Lay sod, plant trees and shrubs, and complete softscape installations
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape construction is an asset but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver's licence is preferred
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is a bonus

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

- Oakville, ON L6K 2H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
