We are seeking a passionate, driven, and detail oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team for the 2026 Patio Season. Working closely with our Chefs, you will play a crucial role in executing our dynamic, seasonally evolving menus. Duties
· Set up, organize, and thoroughly stock prep and line stations prior to service.
· Execute menu items with consistency, precision, and speed during high-volume services while maintaining exceptional quality and portion control.
· Confidently operate and manage live-fire cooking equipment.
· Uphold product freshness by strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation methods, properly labeling and dating all prepped items.
· Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift ("clean as you go").
· Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
· Perform thorough closing duties, including breaking down stations, deep cleaning equipment, and setting up the kitchen for the next day's success.
Requirements
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
· Exceptional knife skills and a strong command of foundational culinary techniques.
· Ability to memorize recipes, menu specifications, and plating guidelines quickly.
· Experience with, or a strong desire to master, live-fire and wood oven cooking techniques.
· Valid Food Handler Certification.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full shifts standing in a hot, fast-paced environment.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.
