Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate paving machine to spread, smooth, and level asphalt on road beds, driveways and parking lots for residential and light commercial jobs
- Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material
- Communicate effectively with crew members and other parties to ensure jobs are done right and on time
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on the paver and report any mechanical issues to management
- Minimum 3 years experience required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a paver is required
- Valid drivers license and own transportation is required.
