DYMON Storage provides convenient service for our guests, moving in and out of our storage facilities. We are looking for motivated, reliable and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as a moving associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Moving Supervisor in maintaining the trucks in a clean and orderly fashion, fully stocked with equipment and moving supplies, prepped and ready for the next job at all times.
- Loads and unloads quickly and efficiently and with the highest level of regard for our customer’s property, ensuring that all loads are properly secured.
- Communicates with the Moving Supervisor in a timely fashion regarding any customer issues, damages or accidents.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Moving Supervisor or General Manager between scheduled moves.
You will Bring:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Moving Associates often interact with guests to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
- Knowledge of Safe Handling Practices: Expertise in the safe handling of guests' personal possessions and commercial goods.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of moving experience.
- Guest Service Skills: Strong guest service skills are essential for building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma (Preferred).
Physical Demands:
Moving is a strenuous and physically demanding position. Movers must be capable of bending and lifting heavy furniture and appliances.
