Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles
- Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors
- Operate car wash mechanic, drying, rim cleaning, and tire dressing
- Experience with buff, polish, and wax of vehicle exteriors
- Experience cleaning vehicle engines
- Assist with tire changing and tire balancing services
- Perform light mechanical and automotive service work
- Assist customers professionally and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow company quality standards and operating procedures
- Report directly to the Operations Manager and Detailing Services Manager
- Able to help with shop setup where needed
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and capable of labor-intensive work
- Full G driver’s license required
- Entrepreneurial personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience at Mr. Lube or similar automotive quick-service businesses is considered a strong asset
- Experience with:
- Tire changing and balancing
- Light mechanical work
- Automotive detailing
- Buffing/polishing
- General automotive service operations
