Position Overview
We are currently hiring both:
HVAC Helpers with experience in water heater installation / Lead installer with experience installing water heaters, furnace, AC, Heat Pump
Licensed HVAC Technicians (G3 or G2)

Responsibilities
For HVAC Helpers:
Assist technicians with installations and service calls
Carry tools and materials to job sites
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Support basic HVAC tasks (ductwork, piping, equipment setup)
For Licensed Technicians (G3/G2):
Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and service
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
Communicate professionally with customers
Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
Requirements
Must hold a valid G3 or G2 Gas Technician License (Ontario)
Valid G driver’s license (Required) if you don't drive or have a license please don't apply
Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
Note:
Entry-level candidates (Helpers) are welcome if they hold a G3 license
Experience is an asset but not required for helper roles

Pay: $100.00-$450.00 per day
