Responsibilities

- Assist with food plating and presentation to create visually appealing meals that enhance the dining experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes based on customer feedback.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during cooking, storage, and service to ensure freshness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques across different cuisines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Experience working in fine dining or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and service excellence.
- Prior experience in dietary departments or with dietary aide roles is a plus but not required.
