RMC Solutions, an authorized TELUS Business partner. We help construction and transport companies across Canada cut their mobility costs and run their fleets on a network that actually works where they work. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're growing.
This is a phone-first outbound role. Read that twice, because it's the whole job. You'll spend your day reaching business owners and operators, people who are in a truck, on a job site, or on a yard, not sitting in an inbox. Your job is to get them on the phone, start a real conversation, and book qualified meetings for our account executives. You are the front of the funnel, and you're good at it.
What you'll do:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls
- Open conversations with construction and transport owners and decision-makers
- Qualify interest and book meetings that turn into deals
- Keep your pipeline clean and your notes tight in our CRM
- Take coaching seriously - we review calls and we help you get better every week
Who does well here:
- You're comfortable on the phone and you don't take "no" personally
- You're competitive and you like a scoreboard
- You communicate clearly and sound like a real person, not a script
- You're organized and you follow through
- Sales or phone-based experience is a plus, but attitude and coachability matter more
No degree required. No specific prior industry required. If you can hold a confident conversation with a business owner and you want to earn based on results, we want to talk.
Compensation:
- Base wage of $17.60–$20.00/hour (based on experience and stage), plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses tied to the meetings you book
- Realistic first-year on-target earnings of approximately $40,000–$52,000, with clear progression as you ramp
- A defined path from BDR toward closing roles for people who perform
