Position Overview
We are hiring Field Service Appliance Technicians to diagnose, repair, service, and install household appliances directly at customer locations.
This is a mobile, customer-facing role with daily routes assigned based on technician location and service demand. Service areas may include Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Brampton, Milton, Barrie, Bradford, Newmarket, Stouffville, and surrounding areas.
We welcome experienced appliance technicians, G2/G3 licensed technicians, and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, and more
- Install and assemble appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Travel to customer locations and complete assigned service calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appliance issues, repair options, and recommended solutions
- Provide accurate labour and repair recommendations when required
- Recommend replacement parts or additional services when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer service approach at all times
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and service standards
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the office and dispatch team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle is required
- Comfortable driving throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to learn and complete training
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
- G2 or G3 gas license
- Previous appliance repair experience
- Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general repair experience
- Previous field service or customer service experience

Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5 days per week
- Must be available for 1 weekend day on a rotational schedule
- Monday to Sunday rotation based on business needs
